First invented in 1824 for King George IV, this classic sauce pairs beautifully with Beef, Game & Fish. My version has a nice mild fruity kick thanks to the addition of the Lemon Starrburst Chilli!
Ingredients: Raisins, Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Garlic, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Orange juice, Lemon Starrburst Chilli, Cayenne, Cloves & Sea Salt.
