An Orange bell pepper based sauce, made with mixed hot superhot Chillies(15%)  Shallots, Garlic, Clementine juice, Balsamic vinegar, Honey, Olive oil & selected spices.  Works well as a dip, glaze & marinade.

Pairs very well as a dip with anything marinated in my Jerk paste. 100ml
