Each jar can marinate up to 2kg of poultry/meat or fish & contains an average of 3 fresh Scotch bonnet chillies. For best results – marinate for 24 hours before cooking. Pairs very well with my sauces MANGO, PEAR & FIREPOWER. 190ml.
